Vincent is a modern platform for window and door pricing.
We focus on process automation and data analysis. Our program is designed to give you full control over efficiency and make your daily work easier.
Created by Distributors for Manufacturer.
Just like many people in the window industry, we have struggled with a lack of control over our sales network. The lack of data made us fly blind, setting margins “by gut feeling”, and often making little income.
However, after creating our own pricing program and sharing it with our partners, our company has experienced a dynamic growth and become a leader in the window export to Scandinavia.

How does it work?
Program tested by almost 200 distributors in Sweden and Norway..
See what they think of it:

“I have been in the business of selling windows in the Swedish market for several years, and while at the beginning it was easy to attract customers from the lack of competition and high market demand for “economical” PVC windows, recent years have drastically changed the market. Venska team have always recognized new market demands. Meeting the needs of their dealers, they created a unique tool to assist in the pricing of windows and doors…”
FAQ
How much does it cost?
How long does the implementation take?
Short answer: From 3 months to a year.
While designing Vincent’s structure, we focused on maintaining the ability to add new manufacturers and their systems without the need for time-consuming and costly involvement of our development team. The system includes a dozen algorithms for calculating glass, profiles, or accessories. For example, muntins can be calculated by area, linear meters, specific fields, or by combining these methods. This allows us to quickly and efficiently implement new methodologies if the manufacturer’s calculation method is well-described.
What does the streamlined implementation process look like?
Process (simplified):
- Product selection
Together with the manufacturer, we select key products within their system that account for 80% of sales. The rest is left for later, enabling a faster start. - Team setup
We determine who will collaborate with us on the manufacturer’s side. It’s essential that everyone knows how much time they need to dedicate—e.g., 2 hours for analysis and 3 hours daily for data exchange. - Pricing and company structure analysis
We review how the manufacturer calculates prices (e.g., glass pricing methods). We also assess who in the company will use the system (e.g., salespeople, distributors, customers). - Data preparation
We collect data from the manufacturer (price lists, surcharges, limitations) and input it into the system in two-week sprints. - Testing
We test the system for a week with a small group of users, including selected manufacturer clients. The next week is dedicated to making adjustments. - System launch
The finalized system is moved to the production environment, accessible to all salespeople. - Training
We conduct training sessions: sending instructions, videos, and organizing live and online meetings, all simplified and engaging. - Customer access
Using the Venska algorithm, we set up logins and passwords for the manufacturer’s customers, allowing them to access the system. These are distributed in bulk, e.g., via Sellizer, to gauge interest. - Performance analysis
Post-implementation, we review data: sales, logins, feedback. Together, we decide what can be added or improved.
What does the step-by-step implementation process look like?
Estimated Timeframe for Implementing One System (e.g., Aluplast Energeto NEO):
Answer: 2-3 months of collaborative work from both teams.
We aim to deliver an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) as quickly as possible so that the manufacturer can see immediate benefits and gather positive feedback from employees and partners.
How does the process look after identifying the manufacturer’s needs, presenting an offer, and agreeing to collaborate?
- Numbers
We analyze sales data and select the solutions in the system that generate up to 80% of revenue. The rest is left for a second phase or omitted entirely.
Key note: Focus on what drives results. - Team Selection
Together with the manufacturer, we select a person or team to collaborate, determining the necessary level of involvement.
This step is crucial—without contracted time commitment from the manufacturer, the process will be delayed.
Example: 2 hours daily for analysis (deep work) and 3 hours daily for data exchange (shallow work). - Analysis
Our experienced consultant works with the manufacturer’s representative to schedule the analysis process. This is vital to understand the pricing methodology, such as how glass packages are calculated.
Poor analysis leads to numerous problems during implementation.Simultaneously, we learn about the manufacturer’s sales structure and define required access levels—for example:
- Administrator
- Key account
- Field salesperson
- Quoter
- Manufacturer’s distributor
- Distributor’s employee
- Distributor’s customer (e.g., small developer).
- Data Collection and Implementation in Two-Week Sprints
We feed Vincent with data: raster price lists, limitations, and surcharge sheets. We provide templates to the manufacturer and assist in completing them. - Testing
- Duration: 1 week for testing + 1 week for adjustments.
- The entire testing process and ticket submission are documented. We recommend using JIRA for reporting issues. Our support team prioritizes and assigns tasks.
- Simple quotes are implemented and tested with the manufacturer’s selected quoting team for consistency with existing software (e.g., up to 10 “salespeople”).
- At this stage, we recommend involving some of the manufacturer’s clients in testing, focusing on the top 20% of clients who generate 70-80% of revenue.
- Production Environment Deployment
Once adjustments are made, the finalized elements are moved to the “production environment,” which is used by the sales team. - Training
We launch the pre-planned training program, distributing simple PDF instructions, video materials, and conducting live and online training sessions.
The focus is on accessibility and gradual learning, working from general to specific. - Software Access for Customers
With trade dependency trees and pricing levels configured, our algorithm generates logins and passwords, which are distributed across the sales network.
The manufacturer can handle this process independently—we provide the tools but avoid sensitive data unless mutual trust allows for assistance. - Performance Analysis
At the end of the implementation, we review the data with the manufacturer, including:- Sales results for implemented products
- Conversion rates
- Login frequency
- Suggestions for improvements
Future steps are determined based on data.
- Case Study
We compare the situation before and after implementation. - Marketing
With the manufacturer’s consent, we share the transformation in selected media.
I am a manufacturer of windows, is this a product for me?
Yes! This program was created especially for system providers, manufacturers and distributors. We also give the possibility to integrate after API with production programs.
How about aluminium windows and fasades?
If you represent a manufacturer of aluminum systems or finished aluminum products, we have good news for you. We are introducing simplified aluminum systems, such as HS or windows, to streamline the quoting and sales process.
Aluminum now involves two distinct approaches to design, pricing, and sales. A company that understands this division and implements the right solution will gain a competitive edge and increase its chances of success.
1. Facade Projects and Complex Structures
If your company handles complex facade projects, calculation systems available on the market, such as Liczokno by Fikabo Software or Logikal by Orgdata, may better meet your technological needs—especially in cases where long waiting times for quotes (up to two weeks) are acceptable in the industry. Vincent is not designed for these types of projects; instead, we focus on effective and fast pricing.
2. Residential Construction – Modern Homes, Mini Facades, Large Glass Areas
Vincent is perfect for these types of projects. Thousands of window dealers repeat the same request:
“Give us a simple system for calculating popular aluminum solutions that allows us to generate quotes instantly, on-site, with the client, such as in the showroom.”
With Vincent, your team can quote HS systems with additional elements, like trapezoids, without unnecessary delays.
We are open to collaboration and developing this philosophy with a serious partner who shares our forward-thinking vision.
We invite you to a personalized presentation of our aluminum quoting solution.
Material calculation or grid-based?
Vincent ensures reliability, speed, and precision in pricing through its simplicity of operation. To make quotes available live and ready for quick ordering, Vincent utilizes a wide array of precise data: bill of materials, price lists, dependencies, and constraints. Most of our clients use material price grids, which we update using simple multipliers. This approach provides users with 100% certainty that every quote is feasible, with our advanced algorithms ensuring the accuracy of the process.
We also offer a proprietary solution for integrating Vincent with production software, but this is part of our know-how, available to interested parties.
Does Vincent control production machines?
Does a Volvo dealer use the same software as the Volvo factory in Sweden?
No, and that’s a problem in our industry. We believe it’s impossible to create one program that works equally well for controlling machines and supporting dealer sales. The needs of factories and salespeople are very different—what’s important for technicians is unnecessary for salespeople and only complicates the sales process, which is crucial for factories.
But think about this: If you received 50 ready-to-produce orders instead of preparing 500 quotes, would you take them?
Why 50/500? Because, on average, only 1 in 10 quotes turns into an order. This means that 1 in 10 quotes generates profit, while the rest—changes, revisions—ends up in the trash, resulting in costs and frustration. 9 out of 10 quoting efforts bring no revenue to your company!
That’s what you get: customers create their own quotes, and you receive only the orders!
However, if you have the budget to bridge these two worlds, we have a solution for that. Let us know via the form or email, and we’ll see if we can help you.
Do you offer a subscription?
We are open to various forms of collaboration.
We will tailor our offer to your needs. You can purchase the entire program or opt for a time-limited subscription. We also offer the option to purchase individual platform modules, such as those for gate manufacturers, skylight windows, blinds, shutters, pleats, or mosquito nets.
Currently, we do not sell single subscriptions because Vincent does not include data from all system providers. However, for certain systems and larger license volumes, we can find a solution.
